  Willingboro Post Office is beyond trifling. They delivered my package to the wrong home, and they made no attempt to find it or correct their error. I was told they now have new technology so it is impossible to have delivered my package to the wrong home. Well, the carrier admitted to delivering my package to the wrong home so much for new and improved technology. In any case, I will always use UPS or FedEx from now on because the people at Willingboro Post Office are incompetent! Finally, I filed a complaint with the USPS Postmaster in DC and next is the BBB. (Willingboro Post Office deserves 0 stars)

  Terrible Service today!!! The woman there with the long gray locs was very unprofessional. When asked her name she turned around her badge and said "Ursula, that's all you need to know". She was very rude and did nothing to assist with the issue at hand. She huffed and puffed and stated she would get the supervisor even before that was asked of her. She spoke about having a Sugar Daddy in front of her Supervisor (Damon). They both laughed and this is in front of several customers. This behavior was shameful, and once I stated I would be making a complaint to report such behavior they laughed and told me to go ahead. No customer should be treated so rudely as if their business is meaningless (I paid on-line for a Post Office Box). In this case, it is WHAT was said AND HOW it was said.

  Once again I was reminded why I avoid using this post office. There is this overweight, African American woman who works there. I don't remember her name at this time. Very loud and obnoxious lady. Ever since I was younger I remember how unprofessional she had always been. I walk into today and there was just one worker there tending to a long line. This other lady had appearantly been on lunch and was coming back about 5 mins after I got there. As soon as I saw her I shook my head thinking , 'here we go'. She makes a comment to her co-worker like "ok your back up is here" . One of the customers says something to the effect "well it took you long enough" kind of jokingly. She then turns to all the people in the line and says "who has something smart to say?" She had this serious face on and was even kind of threatening and very ghetto when she said it. Not only has she always been rude but she also makes this face when a customer ask a question that she thinks is stupid and doesn't seem to care that other people notice , as if everyone should be in agreement. I rarely write reviews but it's still shocking to walk in after years of coming here and see that her behavior is still being tolerated. I wish you guys would step it up.....i won't be back..
